Project Scholar (appx. ages 13-15)
"During Project Level, your student will be permanently removed from children's chores and be able to do Scholar studies almost every day. If a student moves quickly into this phase, with a very short Practice Level, that is okay; as long as he has chosen it on his own without pressure."
The Phases of Learning
In Project Scholar classes the youth are inspired to pursue the topic in a personal and fulfilling way. With the youth fully in Scholar Phase, they are expected to come to class prepared in a way that they feel good about. We use the class time to have as much inspirational moments to help refine and develop each individual's genius and purpose as possible.

Youth Projects Session 1
In this session the students will spend time studying different math, technology and science concepts such as geometry, algebra, finances, physics, chemistry, biology robotics and simple machines. Focus will be on reading books related to math, technology and the sciences, discussing, simulations, and projects in a highly hands on environment.
Included in this session is a project called Personal Power Project . Mentors, parents, and students will work together to create an atmosphere of great learning and inspiration for each individual student. The structure of the class will include the following elements:

- Reading and discussing of books that are of individual interest.
- Working on individual projects of interest and sharing them with the class in a positive peer review environment.
- The teaching of leadership skills, study skills, and core values through document studies, short stories, transformational models, simulations, group activities, colloquium, and field trips.

In this session the students will spend time studying different historical events such as, the Revolution, the Civil War, and World War 2. Focus will be on reading books of historical significance, discussing, simulations, and projects. Creative writing and annotating books will be encouraged.
Included in this session is a project called Personal Power Project. Mentors, parents, and students will work together to create an atmosphere of great learning and inspiration for each individual student. The structure of the class will include the following elements:
